Add funds
You pay for campaigns from your requester balance. You can top it up by card or with crypto, or move money from your own worker balance.
Ways to add funds
To get started, click Add funds at the bottom of the dashboard menu, or on the Money card on Home.

Pay by card
The fee is 7.5% of the amount plus $0.30, and it is added on top of the amount you enter. For example, if you add $100.00, the fee is $7.80 and you are charged $107.80. The full $100.00 goes to your balance.
Enter the amount
Type the amount you want added to your balance. The minimum is $2.00.
Check the total
You will see the Amount, the Fees and the Total you will be charged.
Enter or pick a card
Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date and CVC, or select a saved card. Tick the box if you want to save the card for faster checkout next time.
Agree and pay
Tick the box to agree to the website rules and the privacy policy, then click Deposit now.
Confirm with your bank if asked
Some banks ask you to confirm the payment (3D Secure). If you don't finish this step, no money is taken.
Tip: Saved cards are listed in Settings under Payment Methods, where you can remove them. You can also remove a saved card on the Add funds page.
Pay with crypto
There is no TaskerData fee for crypto. You pay the blockchain network fee, so the full USD amount you entered is added to your balance.
Open the crypto option
On the Add funds page, click Deposit with crypto.
Enter the amount in USD
Type an amount between $10.00 and $10,000. Tick the box to agree to the website rules and the privacy policy, then continue to payment.
Pay on the NOWPayments checkout
Pick a coin (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and more) and send the payment. The exchange rate is locked while the invoice is open.
Wait for confirmation
Your balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, usually within a few minutes.
Important: Send the exact amount the checkout asks for. If you send less, the payment is not credited automatically. Contact support so we can look at it.
Move worker earnings to your requester balance
If you also work on TaskerData, you can use your worker earnings to fund your own campaigns. Go to your worker dashboard, open Payments, and choose Move to requester balance.
- This option unlocks after your first payout is completed.
- The minimum is $1.00, and you can't move more than your available worker balance.
- There is no fee, and the money arrives instantly.
- It shows in your requester Transactions as From worker balance.
Important: A transfer can't be undone. Moved money becomes requester balance, which can only be spent on campaigns. It can't be withdrawn or moved back to your worker balance.
How your requester balance works
- Your requester balance can only be spent on campaigns and qualifications. It is not your worker balance and can't be withdrawn.
- When you create a campaign, its full cost is reserved from your available balance. On Home you can see what is Available, Reserved for live work and Spent so far.
- If a campaign is rejected in review, or you delete it while it is still waiting for approval, the reserved amount goes back to your available balance.
- If you need a refund of unused funds, contact support. We look at each request case by case.
- Every deposit is listed under Transactions, which opens from the Money card on Home. If email notifications are on, we also email you an invoice.
Common questions
Is there a maximum deposit?
Crypto deposits can be up to $10,000 per payment. You can make more than one deposit if you need more.
My crypto payment went through but my balance hasn't changed. What should I do?
The balance updates once the blockchain confirms the payment, which usually takes a few minutes. If it is taking much longer, or you sent less than the checkout asked for, contact support.
Can I withdraw my requester balance?
No. Requester balance can only be spent on campaigns. If you need a refund of unused funds, contact support and we'll look at it case by case.
