In plain words
- You must be 18 or older and have only one account.
- Workers receive 90% of a task's listed payment; work not reviewed in time is approved automatically.
- Requesters pay worker pay + a 10% fee + small fixed fees; every campaign is reviewed before it goes live.
- Approved work belongs to the requester, who may use it to train AI models.
- Multiple accounts, VPNs, bots and fake work lead to suspension and a frozen balance.
- You can move worker earnings to your own requester balance (from $1, after your first completed payout, no fee). It can't be undone and can only be spent on campaigns.
- The weekly draw is free: tickets are earned from offers, never bought.
- Cash out before deleting your account: a remaining balance is lost.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and TaskerData ("TaskerData", "we", "us"), operated from Lithuania. They apply to taskerdata.com and its sub-sites (worker, requester and blog), our Discord server and bot, and everything else we offer (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, ticking "I agree" or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and, if you take part in the draw, the Lottery Rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
On TaskerData, requesters post paid tasks ("campaigns") and workers complete them. TaskerData runs the platform, holds the money, reviews campaigns and settles disputes. We are not the employer of any worker, and requesters and workers are not our agents.
2. Who can use TaskerData
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
- You may have one account. Creating or using more than one account, sharing an account, or using someone else's account is not allowed.
- The details you give us (name, email, country, date of birth, phone number and so on) must be true and kept up to date.
- You must not sign up through a VPN, proxy, Tor or data-centre connection. Our systems block these automatically.
- You may not use the Service if the law where you live forbids it, or if you are subject to sanctions that prevent us from dealing with you.
3. Your account and its security
- Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Turn on two-step sign-in in your settings for extra protection.
- Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- To protect the platform from fraud, we check sign-ins and sign-ups against device, IP address and network information (see the Privacy Policy). We may block a sign-up, ask you to verify your email, phone or identity, or limit an account while we look into unusual activity.
4. Working on tasks
Getting started
Before your first task you take a short screening test (10 questions, all must be right). You get 3 attempts; after the third failed attempt the test, and with it access to tasks, stays closed.
Doing the work
- Follow the task's instructions and finish within its time limit. If the time runs out, the task may be given to someone else.
- Do the work yourself, honestly and carefully. Don't use bots, scripts or other automation, don't submit random, copied or made-up answers, and don't use AI tools to produce your answers unless the task says you may.
- Some tasks are only open to workers with a certain approval rate, a qualification, or who haven't been excluded by that requester. Don't try to get around these limits.
- Some tasks ask for proof: text, screenshots, photos, a screen recording with sound, or your location (field and mystery-shopping tasks). Only record what the task needs and don't capture other people's private information.
- Some tasks include hidden test questions with known answers, or send the same item to several workers, to check quality. Your answers on these may affect whether your work is approved.
- For engagement tasks on other sites (for example social media or app stores), you must also follow that site's own rules. We are not responsible if another site limits or closes your account there.
Review of your work
- The requester reviews each submission and can approve it, reject it with a reason, or ask for a revision (up to 3 times, unless the campaign allows fewer).
- If the requester doesn't review your submission within the campaign's review period ("time to rate", 1–30 days), it is approved automatically.
- If you disagree with a revision request you can open a dispute; one dispute can be open at a time and TaskerData staff decide it.
- If your work is rejected you can appeal once, within 7 days, explaining why (20–1000 characters). If we grant the appeal you're paid as if it had been approved.
- While a revision is requested you may instead withdraw your submission. You then can't take that campaign again.
5. Earnings, fees and payouts
What you earn
- For approved work you receive 90% of the payment shown on the task. The other 10% is our service fee. Bonuses from requesters are paid the same way (90%).
- Offers and surveys from partner networks (offer walls) credit 80% of what the network pays us, or the amount the offer wall shows you. If a network later reverses an offer (a chargeback), we take that amount back from your balance.
- Your balance is a record of what we owe you. It isn't a bank account, earns no interest and can't be moved to another user.
Moving money to your requester balance
- You can move money from your worker balance (your available balance) to the requester balance of your own account, to fund your own campaigns. You can't move it to anyone else.
- The minimum is $1.00, and transfers are available once you've had at least one completed payout. Suspended accounts can't make transfers.
- There is no fee. The transfer is instant and can't be undone.
- Moved money becomes requester balance. It can only be spent on campaigns: it can't be withdrawn or moved back to your worker balance.
Cashing out
| Method | Fee | Amounts |
|---|---|---|
| Gift cards (Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Steam, Walmart, Visa) | $0.50 per card | $5, $10, $15, $25, $50 or $100 cards |
| Crypto (USDC on Solana or Base, Litecoin) | 5% service fee + network fee ($0.10 USDC, $0.20 LTC) | From $5; at least $1 must remain after fees |
- You confirm each payout with a code we email you. Payouts are then checked and sent by our team, usually within a few days.
- Check your wallet address and network carefully. Crypto sent to the address you gave us can't be recovered.
- Visa gift card details are stored encrypted and only you can view them in your dashboard. Keep them private.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before a payout, and we may hold or refuse a payout we reasonably believe is linked to fraud, multiple accounts or a breach of these Terms. If we refuse a payout, the amount returns to your balance unless the account is suspended (see section 12).
- Methods, fees and minimums may change. The current ones are always shown in your dashboard before you confirm.
- You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
6. Posting campaigns
Adding funds
- Card (through Stripe): from $2. A processing fee of 7.5% + $0.30 is deducted from the amount you pay; the rest is added to your balance.
- Crypto (through NOWPayments): $10 to $10,000 per payment. You pay the network fee. A payment is credited once it is complete; if you underpay, contact support.
- Your requester balance can only be spent on campaigns. We don't offer cash withdrawals of it; if you need a refund of unused funds, contact support and we'll look at it case by case.
What a campaign costs
The full cost is shown before you submit a campaign and is reserved from your balance. It is made up of:
- the payment per worker × the number of positions (minimum $0.12 per worker and, unless the campaign uses a data file, 10 positions),
- a 10% platform fee on that worker pay,
- a $2.00 base fee, $0.02 per day of review period, $0.01 per proof type per worker, $1.50 for drip feed, and $0.05 per 100 MB of files you upload.
Review and refunds
- Every new campaign is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may reject it, or ask you to change it.
- A campaign still waiting for review can be deleted for a full refund. A campaign we reject is refunded in full.
- When you reject a submission, its payment plus the 10% fee returns to your balance and the position reopens.
- If we end a running campaign, unfilled positions are refunded (payment + 10% fee + proof fees). Base, review-period, drip-feed and file fees are not refunded once a campaign is live.
- You can raise the payment of a running campaign (the difference for the remaining positions, plus 10%, is charged), but not lower it.
Your responsibilities
- Write clear instructions, review work fairly and within the review period, and give a real reason when you reject or ask for a revision.
- Don't reject good work to get it for free, and don't use work you rejected.
- Only ask workers for the personal information your task truly needs. For personal data you collect through your campaigns (for example voice recordings, photos or survey answers), you decide how it's used and you must follow the data-protection laws that apply to you, including telling workers in the task what the data is for.
- Don't contact workers to move work or payment outside TaskerData.
7. What's not allowed
No one may use TaskerData to post, ask for or do anything that is illegal or harmful, including:
- fraud, scams, phishing, or collecting passwords, payment details or ID documents for misuse;
- creating fake accounts, fake reviews meant to mislead buyers, or vote, poll or ad-click manipulation;
- sexual content involving minors (never, in any form), non-consensual intimate content, harassment, hate or violence;
- malware, hacking, breaking another service's security, or getting around paywalls or limits;
- infringing someone else's copyright, trademarks or privacy, or doxxing anyone;
- tasks that put workers in danger, ask them to break the law, or require them to spend their own money without being clearly told and paid back;
- abusing our systems: multiple accounts, self-referrals, using VPNs to hide your location, colluding with other users, or exploiting bugs (please report them instead).
8. Who owns the work
- Approved work belongs to the requester. When your submission is approved and paid, you transfer to the requester all rights you have in what you submitted (answers, text, labels, photos, recordings and other files), to the extent the law allows. Where rights can't be transferred, you give the requester a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, change and share the work for any lawful purpose.
- That includes training AI. Requesters may use approved work, including your voice, image or writing where the task asked for them, to build, train, test and improve software and machine-learning models, and to share it with their partners for those purposes. If you don't want your voice or face used this way, don't take tasks that ask for them.
- Work that isn't approved stays yours. A requester may not use work they rejected or that was withdrawn.
- You confirm that what you submit is your own, that you have the right to give it, and that anyone else who appears in it agreed.
- You keep any moral rights the law doesn't let you give up, but you agree not to assert them against normal use of the work.
- TaskerData may keep copies of submissions to run the Service, settle disputes, detect fraud and meet legal duties. Our name, logo and site are ours; please don't use them without permission.
9. Referral program
- Invite others with your referral link. Once the person you referred passes the screening test, you earn 5% of the listed payment of each task they complete and of the offers they finish. This comes from TaskerData; it isn't taken from them.
- There is no cap and no end date, but we may change or end the program with notice.
- Referring yourself or your own other accounts, buying or spamming referrals, or misleading people about TaskerData is not allowed. If an offer is reversed, the referral earnings from it are taken back. If an account you referred is suspended, the referral earnings you got from it in the 30 days before the suspension are reversed (your balance won't go below $0). While your own account is suspended you earn no referral income.
10. Lottery
Workers aged 18 or older can take part in our free weekly prize draw, where this is legal. Tickets can't be bought: they are earned for free by completing offers on the offer walls, and reversed offers take their tickets back. The prize pool and the number of winners are set by TaskerData, and winning is never guaranteed. The full Lottery Rules are part of these Terms.
11. Discord and community
- You can link your Discord account through our bot by entering your TaskerData email and password in the bot's private sign-in form. We check them against your account and don't store the password. Staff will never ask for your password in a direct message.
- Linking gives you the Verified role and lets us show your achievements, leaderboard position and Worker of the Month award on Discord (unless your profile is private).
- Be respectful in our community spaces. We may remove messages or roles and ban people who break these Terms or Discord's own rules.
12. Suspension and closing accounts
When we may suspend
We may suspend or close an account, reject pending work or remove campaigns if we reasonably believe someone broke these Terms, committed fraud, uses multiple accounts, or puts other users or TaskerData at risk. Signing in on a device that is registered to another account suspends both accounts automatically. Where we can, we'll tell you the reason by email.
What happens to your money
- Pending payouts are cancelled and returned to the balance, and the balance is frozen while the account is suspended.
- Lottery tickets for upcoming draws are cancelled.
- The account earns no referral income, and referral earnings others got from it may be reversed (section 9).
- If the suspension turns out to be a mistake, we restore your account and balance. If it was for fraud or a serious breach, we may keep amounts that were earned through that breach, as the law allows.
If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] and a person will look at it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Cash out your balance first: money left in the account when it is deleted is lost. Some information is kept after deletion, as explained in the Privacy Policy, and work you already submitted stays with the requester.
13. Our responsibility
- We work hard to keep TaskerData running, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that there will always be tasks for you.
- We don't control what requesters ask for or what workers submit, and we are not responsible for their actions, content or decisions beyond what these Terms say we do.
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount we paid you or you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
- You agree to cover our reasonable losses caused by your breach of these Terms or of the law.
14. Changes, law and contact
- We may update these Terms. For important changes we'll tell you by email or on the site at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, you can close your account.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, but if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in and may also go to your local courts. EU consumers can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
- If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
